Status

Under Construction

This remarkable three-story single-family home is designed to offer a high degree of privacy while maximizing natural light and creating a serene, private living experience. Located on a canal with direct access to the bay, the home’s architecture is focused on thoughtful privacy and an enhanced connection with nature through carefully planned exterior elements.

The front of the house is intentionally designed to shield the property from view while still allowing for light and ventilation. Three layers of architectural features—vertical wood slats, breeze blocks, and planter boxes filled with lush greenery—work together to create private terraces and outdoor spaces. These layers of design not only offer seclusion but also introduce greenery that softens the façade and allows natural light to filter into the interiors, offering a balance between privacy and openness.

At the rear of the home, large windows are strategically placed to frame expansive views of the pool and canal, ensuring the home remains connected to the water while maintaining a private front-facing appearance. The back side of the house is fully open to the outdoors, providing abundant natural light and creating an ideal setting for indoor-outdoor living.

Inside, the home features a dramatic triple-height living area, which serves as a central vertical connection between all three floors. This open space allows light to flood in from above and provides a sense of openness and flow, making the home feel expansive and airy. The vertical connection also enhances the visual connection between the levels, making the entire home feel cohesive and connected.
